Tennis
Tame Valley has four outdoor courts, three of which are floodlit for year-round tennis. The courts are regularly maintained to ensure a smooth, safe playing surface.
We offer social tennis where you will always have someone to play with and for the more competitive, we have men’s and ladies’ teams in the Manchester and Oldham Leagues plus our own internal competitions.

Level 2 coach
Level 3 coachLauren Dowling
Lauren is our new Level 3 coach with a passion for all thing tennis. Lauren has a wealth of experience and has worked in London and oversees.

Junior coaching and group sessions.
Our coaches are LTA accredited and undertake safeguarding, first aid and are DBS checked. Sam and Lauren provide one-to-one coaching sessions for juniors. We also runs adult group sessions including a ladies beginners group and a player development group for the more competitive members who want to improve their match play. Pickleball
Pickleball is a fast growing sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. It can be played both indoors or outdoor.

With Racketball (also known as Squash 57) becoming more popular Tuesday night is social racketball night.
