We have high quality heated courts, all with viewing galleries; Court 3 has a glass back and tiered seating.  All courts have recently been overhauled with new lighting for the best playing environment.

Whether you’re new to the sport or a seasoned player, our squash programme offers something for everyone.

Want to try out Squash?

Joining Tame Valley has never been easier — we offer Pay & Play bookings for non-members so you can book courts for a one-off session without committing. If you find yourself playing more regularly, switch to a full-year membership for greater value — it works out at less than a cup of coffee each week. You're welcome to join in whenever suits you.

For those who prefer a more relaxed vibe, social squash sessions take place throughout the week — perfect for meeting other players, getting extra practice or simply enjoying a fun, friendly game.

We have rackets and balls available to borrow at the club.
